HARDLOGIC is me: Eric Clarkson, a Freelance Art Director. I work independently with small to medium-sized businesses, and also as a subcontractor with advertising and creative firms around the US. The work shown here comes from different sources: freelancing, subcontracting with agencies, or my work as an Art Director for VFlash: a marketing agency that was based in NYC.

My experience in these environments allows me to work directly with clients on smaller projects, or as part of a team on large campaigns. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with a number of clients with national and international exposure, such as: Blockbuster, Coke, eBay, Guinness, HGTV, Intuit, NBC, Panda Express, and Wells Fargo.

I have a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, but have lived and worked in some of the larger markets around the country, including New York and San Francisco. Freelance work has allowed me to experience different aspects of the creative process, as well as different creative environments.
